Puma Hotels were looking to rebrand their online presence for their collection of luxury UK Hotels. They needed to create awareness of the unique brand identities of each hotel and were keen to increase their eCRM activity and help to acquire new potential customers.
A content managed website was developed and integrated with the group CRM and booking tool, enabling direct booking online. Users of the website could managed different aspects of their stay from check in and check out, to upgrades and in-room dining. In conjunction with their new website, they required digital assets, focusing on driving consideration and awareness for each of the individual property identities. A Christmas campaigns was created with the objective of driving sign-ups to their eCRM, and consisted of an Advent Calendar microsite that revealed new offers and prices each of the 25 Days of Christmas.
